Vallecrosia: Beaches, Borgo and Historic Traces

Vallecrosia offers specific points of interest for different travel preferences. The town has 1 kilometre of wide beaches, most of which are freely accessible and equipped. The Chiesa Parrocchiale di Sant’Antonio Abate has a nave in the typical Ligurian Baroque style. The church also houses a wooden crucifix dating from the 14th to the 15th century. Both features give the building a clear connection between regional architecture and older sacred art.

The Chiesa dei Santi Vincenzo e Rocco dates back to the 10th century. It has a Romanesque apse and several remnants of Roman architecture. Vallecroscia’s Roman past is also firmly rooted here: during the Roman era, the Via Julia Augusta was built on the orders of Augustus.

The Museo della Canzone e della Riproduzione Sonora is located at Via Roma 108 in Vallecrosia. The history of songs and sound reproduction is therefore also one of the cultural topics you can consider when exploring the town.

Sports and Local Events

Tennis & Padel Quadrifoglio in Vallecrosia has six courts: three artificial-turf tennis courts and three padel courts. The three padel courts include a panorama court, a super-panorama court and a singles court.
