Gualdo Cattaneo is a hilltop fortress located on the foothills of the Monti Martani between the Puglia and Attone streams. The town combines striking fortress architecture with churches from different periods and a local cuisine closely associated with olives and traditional wood-fired ovens.

The tallest tower is 20 metres high and has five floors.
