It offers views of the hills towards Perugia and Lake Trasimeno and leads into a forest of oaks, maples, manna ashes, and hornbeams. The Monte Acuto Route also begins in San Giovanni del Pantano. The route to the Tomba del Faggeto begins there and is 13 kilometres long. MTB 10 is a moderately difficult mountain-bike and e-bike route covering 25 kilometres.
