The Church of Giavera dates from the 18th century and is dedicated to Saints James and Christopher. The parish church in Cusignana contains statues of Saints Peter and Paul, attributed to Torretto. Near Villa Wassermann, a church was built by Carthusian monks in 1716; in 1836, it was dedicated to Madonna della Salute. Villa Letizia Wassermann has been used as a cultural centre since 2006. The church and Villa Wassermann thus represent two different contexts of use: sacred dedication and cultural use. At these sites, different construction periods, religious dedications, artistic attributions and cultural use come together.

On Piazza dei Lancieri di Firenze stands a memorial stone honouring the former 9th Cavalry Regiment “Lancieri di Firenze”. The memorial stone, the plaques and the stone in the piazza place different forms of remembrance side by side.

Montello is characterised by karst sinkholes, caves and springs. Sinkholes are funnel-shaped depressions, while caves and springs form further karst features.
