Maranello between the Plain and the Apennines

Architecture and Cultural Venues

MABIC was designed by the architectural firm Arata Isozaki & Andrea Maffei. For those interested in architecture, the building is therefore a distinct focal point in Maranello. On the basement level, MABIC has a large hall for conferences, events and initiatives. The design and the hall thus represent different focal points within the same building: architectural design and use for conferences, events and initiatives.

The Spazio Culturale Madonna del Corso is located in a former Franciscan hospice monastery. The Municipality of Maranello converted the building into a cultural space in autumn 2005. The historical character of the former monastery and its later cultural use give this place a distinctive architectural character, without requiring you to reduce Maranello to a single theme. The former monastic function and the later use as a cultural space constitute two separate phases in time of the same building.

The Enzo Ferrari Auditorium is a versatile venue for theatre, film and music performances, conferences, events and large-scale events. In the assessment of the Soprintendenza Belle Arti e Paesaggio for the provinces of Bologna, Modena, Reggio Emilia and Ferrara, the Enzo Ferrari Auditorium is among the architecturally most significant buildings in Maranello. The entrance hall has remained unchanged since 1947.

Experience Ferrari at Specific Locations

The Ferrari factory, also known as the “Citadel”, is where Ferrari vehicles are built and is located within the Ferrari complex in Maranello. The Museo Ferrari di Maranello displays famous and successful Formula 1 cars, models from the Sport Prototypes and Gran Turismo categories, as well as significant road cars. Visitors can also use driving simulators in the museum. The factory and museum are therefore clearly distinct: vehicles are built here, while the museum displays racing and road cars there.

Green Spaces and Regional Products

Parco Ferrari is a green area with walking paths, outdoor play equipment and an events area. For travel planning with different interests for each day, Maranello therefore also offers a suitable setting for walks and outdoor activities. The events area adds another use of the green space to the walking paths and outdoor play equipment.
