Rezzato offers you a diverse combination of designated hiking trails, sacred art, religious traditions and cultural collections. Four hiking trails are designated for Rezzato: Percorso 931, Percorso 933, Percorso 934 and Percorso 934 bis. They are joined by the Chiesa di San Giovanni Battista, the Santuario Nostra Signora di Valverde, Villa Avogadro-Fenaroli, a marble workshop and the PInAC. Hiking trails with clear starting points

The four designated trails give your planning specific names: Percorso 931, Percorso 933, Percorso 934 and Percorso 934 bis. Percorso 931 begins at the Sentiero della Rasa. Percorso 934 begins and ends at the Sentiero dei Fiori.

The different trail connections are particularly helpful for planning an individual day. For Percorso 931, the Sentiero della Rasa is part of the starting point, while Percorso 934 begins at the Sentiero dei Fiori and leads back there. Church art in the center of Rezzato

The Chiesa di San Giovanni Battista stands in the center of Rezzato. Its façade is made of Botticino marble and was built between 1672 and 1682. Inside, there is a main altar whose artwork was created by Vincenzo Baroncini in 1735. Antonio Calegari was entrusted with the statues of the main altar, from the predella to the tribune. Several clearly dated and specifically attributed elements make the church a concrete point of interest for visitors who want to experience architecture and art history directly in a single building.

Botticino marble also points to a material that is visible in the church itself. In a marble workshop, traditional marble-working techniques are explained. Visitors can also try the V-shaped carving technique themselves. Religious traditions and the route to Valverde

The Processione di Sant’Anna takes place every year on July 26 for the patron saint’s feast. It commemorates the Marian apparitions of 1399 and 1711. During the procession, the statue of the Virgin Mary, accompanied by fifty participants, each representing a Catholic saint, passes through Rezzato to the Santuario di Valverde.
