Jesi combines impressive history with museums, historic events, nature experiences and surroundings shaped by vineyards. At its heart is Piazza Federico II: Frederick II of Hohenstaufen was born here on December 26, 1194. At the same time, the square occupies a large part of the site of the ancient Roman forum.
