Colmurano Between Hills, Old Town and the Fiastra Valley

Colmurano is situated on a hill on the left side of the Fiastra River valley. From here, visitors can enjoy views of the Monti Sibillini, inviting them to explore the area. Annunziata contains a Nativity fresco created by Giovanni Andrea De Magistris in 1560. The church also has a façade adorned with ceramics.

The parish church of San Donato also preserves special sacred artefacts: it contains reliquaries with a small cross and a Holy Thorn. The Fonte Allungo adds to the historic setting with original medieval spring basins and a fresco of the Madonna and Child. The Church della Loggia is also known as San Rocco and formerly served as accommodation for pilgrims.

Artistrada: Street Art in the Alleys

Artistrada is a street art festival organised by the Pro Loco of Colmurano. During Artistrada, the alleys, gardens and small squares of the historic old town become open-air stages for national and international street artists. The character of the festival therefore derives directly from the town itself: the cultural experience is shaped not by a single event venue, but by the existing paths and squares.

Cycling Tours and Landscape Experiences

The cycling tour from Colmurano leads through the surrounding countryside and forests, along white roads and downhill over unpaved sections towards the border with Urbisaglia. Paccucce and Brewing Culture
