The “Scorci di Alta Langa” walk lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes and is rated as easy for tourists. It is suitable for everyone, leads to the old mill of Gorzegno and follows in the footsteps of Beppe Fenoglio. For daily planning, the approximate duration of around two and a half hours can be treated as a separate time slot. San Siro: Construction Period, Eight Chapels and the Marchesi di Gorzegno

Construction of the Chiesa Parrocchiale di San Siro began in 1622 and was completed in 1630. The construction period from 1622 to 1630 falls entirely within the 17th century. The church contains eight chapels. These eight chapels were commissioned by the Marchesi di Gorzegno.

Castello di Gorzegno: Medieval Complex, Towers and Exterior View

The first construction phase of the Castello di Gorzegno can be dated to approximately the 12th century. This complex included a gate tower and a residential tower. The Castello di Gorzegno can only be visited from the outside. A visit therefore focuses on the exterior and the two towers.

Moglia: Madonna della Neve and Medieval Origins

The Chiesa o Santuario della Madonna della Neve o di San Giovanni is located in the Moglia district of Gorzegno. It has medieval origins and may have been built before the 12th century. The possible construction before the 12th century remains an approximate chronological classification.
