The Mulino Amajolo dei Tre Rivi is located at the confluence of the Rio dell’Anima Nera, the Rio di Montaldo and the Rio di Santo Stefano. It is an old mill that is still in operation. Around the year 1000, Ciabot San Giorgio hill was home to “Pulciano Castle” and the “Church of San Giorgio”.
