Since 13 April 2022, the Antico Lavatoio di Belvedere has been protected as cultural heritage under Article 12 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 42/2004. The church has a Latin-cross floor plan and a single-nave layout. The San Sebastiano celebrations at the Chiesa di S. Sebastiano reach their peak on 20 January; afterwards, as part of the traditional procession, the “nudi” kiss the church steps during the “viaggiu”.
