It dates from 1395 and is the work of Gregorio da Cerreto. Visitors interested in culture can pay particular attention at the Castello to the square shape, the dimensions, the date, and Gregorio da Cerreto as its creator.

Smaller pictorial elements also complement the historic appearance of the village. On the Piazza del Castello di Fabbri, there is a picture niche with a large arched opening. The Chiesa di San Michele Arcangelo is no longer a parish church. In contrast to the completely preserved form of the keep, this shows how differently historic building fabric has been preserved in Fabbri.
