It contains a 17th-century portrait of Saint Andrew Corsini, attributed to Andrea Polinori. A depiction of the Madonna del Rosario is attributed to Palmiro Alvi. A fresco on the left wall shows Saint Andrew Corsini commending Sismano and its village to Saint Francis of Assisi. The church also contains a stone baptismal font created in 1646 and bearing the Corsini family coat of arms several times.
