Bibione can be experienced through various highlights: an accessible beach, thermal water, wellness and cycling routes shape the opportunities available locally. This is particularly interesting for you if you would like to combine relaxation by the sea with nature observation or active days out.

Beach with accessible areas

In Bibione, there are four kilometres of accessible beach from Lido dei Pini to Bibione Lido del Sole. Several walkways to the sea can be used with wheelchairs, and accessible service islands are also available. This makes the coast one of the defining themes for visitors who pay attention to easily usable beach areas when planning their trip.

Thermal water and wellness

Bibione Thermae offers a spa and wellness centre with indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpools, thermal showers, saunas and Turkish baths. The indoor pools at Bibione Thermae are operated with water at a constant temperature of 33 to 34 °C. Just a few steps from the sea, Bibione’s thermal spring also emerges at a temperature of 50 °C. Thus, both extensive wellness facilities and a distinctive thermal spring are focal points in Bibione.

Cycle routes through nature and the landscape

The circular route at Faro di Bibione leads through fossil dunes, river embankments and a pine forest. Local birds, green lizards and rare turtles can be encountered there. The area around Faro di Bibione can be reached from Via Procione via an easy-to-ride, shaded cycle route or via a cycle path between the beach and the pine forest.

The Gira Tagliamento cycle path begins at Faro di Bibione, reaches San Michele al Tagliamento and continues to the village of Alvisopoli. Another connection is the La Brussa e la Vallevecchia route: it leads from Bibione to the La Brussa natural area and the protected ValleVecchia lagoon area. When planning, the different routes allow you to consider the coastal landscape, pine forest, river areas and protected natural areas as separate excursion focuses.
