For cycling, the “Giro dei vigneti” cycling tour is available. It can be undertaken by bicycle or e-bike and leads through Calmasino. The tour is 20 kilometres long, also has a low difficulty level and takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. In Calmasino, the two routes offer a choice between the shorter “Calmasino e vigneti” circular route and the longer “Giro dei vigneti” cycling tour.

Churches and Art in the Surrounding Area

The churches of Calmasino also have their own distinctive features. The “Calmasino e vigneti” circular route includes the Chiesa di San Francesco, also known as Chiesa di Palù, which dates from the 16th century. In the Chiesa di San Michele, the right wing contains a chapel dedicated to Sant’Anna. The vault of the nave also contains two large oval paintings depicting Saint Michael striking down and chaining the rebellious angels.
