Torino di Sangro combines the Adriatic coast with an unusually diverse natural landscape and sites of cultural and historical importance. In addition, six kilometres of the Via Verde dei Trabocchi run through the Torino di Sangro area. A distinctive cultural feature is Trabocco Morge. It retains its original function as a fishing structure, is the only trabocco in the Torino di Sangro area and offers visits as well as courses in traditional fishing. Places with historical connections

There are also documented destinations away from the beach and nature. The Sangro River Cremation Memorial commemorates more than 500 soldiers. You can reach the Sangro River War Cemetery via the Val di Sangro exit of the A14, then via the SS16 and finally up a sharp right-hand bend to the cemetery. In 1302, the Chiesa di San Salvatore belonged to the dependencies of the abbeys of S. Stefano in Rivomare and S. Maria Arabona.
