Between the Sea and the Old Borgo

This means that the town has both a present-day connection between the center and the marina and a historic route.

Alleys, Squares and Architectural History

The paved Corso Umberto I leads from the old main entrance of the borgo to the remains of the Castello. San Lucido's characteristic supportici both connect and separate the town's alleys and small squares. Together, these elements make a tour through the borgo an encounter with paths, passages and preserved traces of the town's history.

Festivals between the Piazza and the Castle

The patron-saint celebrations in honor of San Giovanni Battista take place in San Lucido every year from June 22 to June 24. During the event “Benvenuti nel Borgo,” the route leads from the central Piazza Matteotti to the medieval castle located above the sea.

Music and Views of the Hinterland

The Pro Loco San Lucido normally organizes a live Festa della Musica event every year outdoors and in public places; admission is free for the public. For 27 years, the Pro Loco San Lucido has organized an event at which tourists can get to know and appreciate not only the sea but also the lush mountains.
