Secular architectural history includes the Palazzo Fierimonte. It was built outside the walls in the 18th century as the residence of the Fierimonte family. The Museo Comunale di Montemiletto is located in the Castello della Leonessa. There, the exhibition „Memoria sepolta“ presents public and private life in the 1930s through around 100 photographs. Another exhibition is entitled „Montemiletto Colonia Romana“ and examines the process of Romanization in the middle Calore Valley.

Festival Tradition and Regional Specialty

The annual patron saint celebrations in honor of Sant'Eustachio Martire in Montaperto combine spirituality and tradition. During these celebrations, food stalls offer Mantoppola, a local specialty from Montaperto.
