San Donnino between Villa, Panaro and Balsamic Vinegar

Balsamic Vinegar and Grape Varieties

The Leonardi family, which took over Antica Acetaia Bompana, has been producing Modena balsamic vinegar and aged balsamic dressings since 1871. Acetaia Villa San Donnino was founded in 1947 and specializes in producing traditional Modena balsamic vinegar as well as other dressings.
