The villa’s original construction phase included an underground masonry basin for pressing grapes, known as a calcatorium. In addition to the Villa di Tor de’ Cenci on Via Padre Romualdo Formato, visible remains of a polygonal lava-stone paving are also preserved. It belonged to a branch leading to the ancient Via Laurentina. These two details draw attention not only to the building itself but also to the agricultural and transport history of the surroundings of the ancient residence.

The Spinaceto 70 sports center has two eight-a-side soccer fields and two five-a-side soccer fields. In the Meandro di Spinaceto, in the immediate vicinity of Spinaceto, the birdlife is the main attraction.
