Historical traces and Sant’Anna

Since records began in the 16th century, the surname Comeglio has been documented in the parish archive of Santa Croce. The Sant’Anna chapel in Comeglio is considered a 17th-century building constructed from two structural sections. In 1888, the chapel was considered to be in good condition. The two structural sections belong to the chapel itself and make its historical architectural form a distinctive feature of the village.
