The park of Castello di Monticello d'Alba has three parallel avenues that can still be walked today. They lead to the manor house and encircle the hill. The three avenues give the park of Castello di Monticello d'Alba a clear connection between the manor house and the hill.

Pieve di San Ponzio is located in the cemetery of the Villa district. It preserves Roman remains and early Romanesque frescoes from the first half of the 11th century.

RBT stages 04 and 05 with their own character

RBT stage 04 ends in the Villa district of Monticello d'Alba near the Church of San Bernardino. RBT stage 05 runs along a ridge through a sunny area characterized by vineyards; along the way, views open up of the castle of Monticello. The stages differ in specific ways: stage 04 ends near San Bernardino, while stage 05 runs over ridges and through vineyards, with changing trail surfaces.

On RBT stage 05, the route initially follows the SP 241 and then continues along a gently ascending country road that soon becomes gravel. When planning a day of cycling, the change in trail surfaces is a specific feature of this section of RBT stage 05.

Area Verde Giovanni Falcone Paolo Borsellino is a garden in the area around Villa. The wider regional area around Villa also includes the natural arch Arco Trionfale and the parks Parco Cascina Vigna and Parco Biberach Ander Riss.
