Fetovaia can be explored through two themes: the coast and the trails in the surrounding area. The Sentiero Elba No. 135 is a hiking trail connecting San Piero with Fetovaia. It runs along the southern foothills of the granodiorite complex of Monte Capanne and is part of the Vie del Granito.
