Vobarno: Hiking, History and the Val Degagna

Vobarno combines routes into the mountain landscape of the Val Degagna with historic buildings in the town. As a Site of Community Importance within the Natura 2000 network, the protected area is recognised under code IT2070019.

Certain springs in the protected area and the Val Degagna are characterised by a rare, partly endemic mollusc fauna. This natural setting complements Vobarno’s historic impressions with a subject that is particularly noteworthy for visitors interested in landscapes, springs and wildlife.
