The collection of the Museo Civico Archeologico e Pinacoteca of Sinnai includes a terracotta statuette of the Punic god Bes. The archaeological site of Bruncu Mogumu is located in the Pineta di Sinnai. The Nuraghe di Sant'Itroxia is a single-tower nuraghe on a rocky spur of natural rock on the slopes of Monte Tratzalis. Its commanding position provides wide views over the Gulf of Cagliari. The former parish church of Santa Vittoria in Sinnai is mentioned in a document dating from 1141.
