The Roman sanctuary of La Cuma was built from the middle of the 2nd century BC and, after several construction phases, was finally abandoned in the first half of the 1st century AD. Behind the temple is a monumental columned portico. Doric sandstone columns stand along its front, while Ionic-Italic columns can be seen inside.

The Museo Civico Archeologico displays finds from the Hellenistic-Roman sanctuary of La Cuma. A museum visit thus complements the archaeological site with tangible evidence from its historical context.

Monte Rinaldo's culinary identity includes the Sagra della bistecca e dello spiedino di castrato. Its existence has been documented since 1968. In Monte Rinaldo, castrato meat is traditionally prepared over hot coals and combined with seasonal vegetables and a good wine from the region.
